Our Process
Site assessment
Our sales consultant will use the best satellite imagery of your home or business to perform a preliminary site assessment. We use a comprehensive online site assessment method to ensure accuracy. Once we have the results, we will present our findings and proceed with a detailed, on-site assessment and analysis to provide you with the best options for your goals.
Payback Estimate
We’ll calculate the payback and Internal Rate of Return percentage (IRR) based on the data we’ve gathered during our preliminary and on-site assessment. Our staff will review and explain the findings to you. Once we get your approval, we’ll proceed with the proposal.
Proposal and Approval
A sales consultant from Champion Solar will provide you with a detailed, written proposal containing all the pertinent information about your solar PV system. This includes the suitable module configurations, system sizes and equipment specifications.
We’ll also include the applicable rebates and incentives, available financing options, and a computation of the net investment in solar. Once we have your approval, we’ll process the necessary paperwork for the project (permits, rebates and incentives application, etc.) Should you also wish to apply for financing, we’ll be more than glad to discuss the different options available.
Customer Care
Throughout the project and after completion, we will be in-touch regularly and will be only a quick phone call, text or email away. Upon completion, we will sit down with you to run through all the warranties, manuals and monitoring systems. You will see that there is really not much for you to do except sit back and save money…
and the planet!
Follow-Up
Since solar panels don’t have any moving parts, maintenance is relatively easy. However, if you encounter an issue with your panels, please feel free to reach out to our service department. We’re always on standby and ready to respond to your needs.
